신분증을 판단하려면 전단에서 형식과 비트가 정확한지 판단하고 나머지는 서버에 맡기세요

그런데 인터넷에서 찾았어요. 신분증의 진실 여부를 판단하는 코드가 좀 번거롭습니다. 사실은 불필요한 거예요. 서버에 맡겨야 돼요. 어차피 전단이 지나가면 서버가 판단해야 돼요.
