오늘은 2018/7/30입니다. 제 MySQL 버전은 5.7.23입니다. 인터넷에서 mysql 기본 문자집을utf-8로 수정하는 강좌를 많이 봤습니다. 저는 모두 간략하지 않다고 생각해서 세 가지 절차를 정리했습니다.
