작업: pfile을 만들지 않은 상태에서 다음 명령을 실행합니다

데이터베이스를 시작할 때 spfile을 찾지 못하면 데이터베이스 기본 init를 호출했기 때문입니다.ora, 그러나 기본값이 기존 데이터베이스 정보와 일치하지 않아 데이터베이스를 시작할 수 없습니다.
